5 May 2011 - 2008 vintage wines

2008 wines are now available through the order form and will be appearing shortly in selected bottle shops. This is an opportunity to experience vintage differences from these single vineyard wines, while at the same time seeing the thread of continuity that terroir gives the wines.

A Mourvedre ferment in full swing....always the most interesting cap to watch! A one tonne open ferment that is hand plunged before being basket pressed and quietly aged for 20 months in older French oak barriques where it is naturally racked to clarity. A process that gives all our wines a delightful texture that allows full expression of the finesse of dry-grown Blewitt Springs fruit.
